b) Conductive Plastic Potentiometer
Megauto : Available in 12mm, 21 mm, 22mm, 23mm, 24mm, 32mm housing with shaft or hollow shaft, anti rotation and smooth running axis. They can be used as setting as well as panel mounting devices. b) Incremental Encoders
Megatron : Incremental encoders are used wherever angles, speeds or angular velocities need to be measured with high accuracy. Incremental encoders provide output signals in the form of pulses, which are counted by an external evaluation unit. c) Multiturn Encoders
Megatron : Multiturn encoders can, as the name suggests, measure several revolutions. So called "True-Power-On" multiturn encoders are used to ensure that the angular position can be measured exactly again when the shaft position changes after a voltage-free state. Multiturn encoders can measure angles over 360 degree.

Our range includes absolute encoders with analogue outputs that can measure angles up to 43 bits. Some variants can be parameterized by the customer on site. This means that the electrically effective angle of rotation and the direction of rotation (CW / CCW) can be programmed in the field. Megatron : The simplest way to convert a linear movement into a proportional electrical quantity is still to use potentiometric measuring systems. These are absolute measuring systems with a resolution of better than 0.01 mm and the well-known advantage that the signals are immediately displayed in the correct position if the power supply fails. Our linear potentiometers cover mechanical stroke lengths up to 2000 mm.

Whether as probe with spring return, with ball joints to compensate lateral misalignment, as slide-guided version or for installation in hydraulic applications, they all have a very high quality conductive plastic resistive element (except the oil-filled with wirewound element). c) Inductive Position Sensors
Megatron : Inductive linear sensors are robust, absolute measuring systems with a resolution of up to 20 µm. They are suitable for applications with small strokes and especially where oscillating movements with high dynamics or high accelerations need to be detected. Applications requiring pressure tight versions up to 30 bar can also be realized. Our LVDT linear sensors detect mechanical displacement from 1.3 mm to 940 mm. In addition, the life of the sensor is unlimited because the measured values are recorded without contact. The shear beam series of force transducers are double bending beams or single point load cells therefore less sensitive to eccentric load application. b)Couplings:

Megauto :A shaft coupling is a device to connect two shafts so that one can drive the other. A flexible shaft coupling is a coupling which can adjust itself to the misalignment of the two shafts connected by it. This misalignment may be of any sort. Shaft couplings are acting as counterbalance for manufacturing and assembly tolerances, of the bearing play and temperature changes, which are causing misalignments between opposite positioned shafts. Megatron : The amplifier is a complete signal conditioning unit for strain gauge force or pressure transducers, inductive transducers, potentiometric transducers.
